Each project is quality controlled by our in-house team of project managers and crew staff. After each phase of a project is completed, BVM Contracting ensures that everything was done correctly before moving on to the next phase. This allows for any problems to be addressed and prevents rework from taking place later in the project, leading to a more efficient project!

BVM Contracting has built an invaluable list of vendors for our renovation projects. We pass along vendor supplied discounts straight to our customers and do not mark up pricing on any finish items. Full Transparency
During our process of quoting projects, we do not only price out the cost of the BVM-managed portion of the project, but we also account for the cost of all of the client-managed items (flooring, tile, kitchen, lighting, etc.) so that you get a complete understanding of what the total budget of the renovation will be!
We will also never quote low to obtain business, then add on line items during the project. That is not a good way to build quality and trust. We analyze the project front to back before submitting our pricing to ensure that everything is accounted for.

Using over 30 combined years of knowledge in the Toronto residential construction market, coupled with our database of previously completed projects and team of reputable subcontractors, we are able to provide no-obligation rough order of magnitude (ROM) pricing for projects to allow people to understand how much their proposed renovations will cost before they get building permits
We understand that it doesn’t make sense to get building permits for a project you can’t afford, so we do the legwork to determine if you can afford the renovations based on your wish list. If you can’t afford your proposed renovations, we figure out what you can afford and work with your budget to maximize the results of the renovation project.
