Welcome to a luxurious custom built new family home in Markham, Ontario. Bright open spaces compliment the clean design of this build - we were also Project Managers! This home was considered an owner-built new home construction project managed by BVM Contracting, which included the family’s bungalow being torn down and the ground excavated to make way for a completely new foundation.
