Our Birch Cliff neighbourhood clients wanted to take their bungalow to new heights adding on a second story home addition. This home addition also features a cantilevered second storey design, which has a protruding rear section of the second storey that extends approximately 6 feet away from the first storey of the home and creates a covering for the rear porch.

Other highlights of the home include a laundry area on the second storey, a beautiful master bedroom with an ensuite, and three other bedrooms for the client’s growing family. While walking through their neighbourhood, they came upon another project we were working on at the time. We invited them in and showed them what was happening with the project. From there, the rest is history.
