Three storey Custom Home build Introduction
Located in the Upper Beaches area of Toronto, this custom home build in Toronto took a few years to turn into a reality. We originally were in contact with our now clients almost 4 years prior wanting to renovate this bungalow. Unfortunately at the time the client’s were not in a position to make the investment after we completed a renovation consultation for them. Fast forward 4 years and they decided now was the time to do a complete tear down and build a new custom home for investment purposes. From the initial review of drawings and estimating for their building budget, they knew that BVM Contracting would be the company to guide them through this task.
BVM Contracting utilized our design-build service, investor services, and project management services to help the clients from concept to where they are now! This project is still in progress but we are looking forward to showing off the finished product!
Their decision to tear down the property had to do with building a three storey home on the property as the foundation of the existing bungalow would not allow them to have an addition of that scale. Their decision to build also gave them the option to design the whole home to their wants and needs to get it on the rental market.
