This bungalow in the Scarborough Bluffs gained a rear extension as well as a second storey addition. The interior, including basement was totally renovated for move-in readiness. The home contains many custom features, including the one of a kind kitchen, which was designed and installed by The Robert Webster Company. The North kitchen wall was given additional storage which included two workstations. The main floor is totally open concept, except for the center-hall staircase to the second floor and behind to the basement.
Maibec Siding in Hematite Grey with white accent was used for the exterior finish. Cape Cod style with a spacious front porch featuring two weather-proof ceiling fans finished off the look.
A detached garage was added to the side of the home where you could gain access to the rear entrance of the home. Grey coloured stamped concrete was used for both the driveway and the front walkway.
The expansive basement was completed with an open concept design.
